N.Y. Court Rules Suicide Bombings in Israel Violate Int'l Law
14:25 Jan 31, '07 / 12 Shevat 5767(IsraelNN.com) A Federal Judge in New York has rejected a defense motion and ruled that suicide bombings in Israel violate international law. The ruling paves the way for relatives of terrorist victims to continue with their suit against the Arab Land Bank.
Judge Nina Gershon ruled that the "Arab Bank's provision of banking services facilitated money laundering and also facilitated the payments from [a Saudi Arabian] committee to the suicide bombers' beneficiaries," creating "an incentive for suicide bombings."
One of the plaintiffs, Israeli citizen Iris Schwartz, whose father, brother and two nephews were killed in a 2003 suicide bombing at the Maxim restaurant in Haifa, declared that the judicial decision represents "a great victory for everyone...who loves and wants peace."
The Arab Bank is headquartered in Jordan and is one of the largest financial institutions in the Middle East, with 400 branches in 25 countries, including 22 in Judea, Samaria and Gaza. [link]
What about Islamic Development Bank? The one that funds the mosque that ISB is building on the land that Tommie Mumbles sold for a song? As a self-respecting institution they send money to suicide bombers. Oops sorry, the send money for humanitarian purposes to support families of martyrs who died in their quest for self-improvement while fighting the apartheid state.
Bottom line the same money that support terror build a shrine for the religion of peace in Boston. We don't like this.
